Come See Our December Shows! That's Right, We Said Shows!

This is a very exciting holiday season for us at Georgetown Community Theatre, because we are producing two shows at the same time for the first time ever! 

Our traditional holiday show to be held at John L. Hill Chapel with performances for school children during the day and public performances at night is Santa's Spectacles.  The second show we are producing is Tim:  A Christmas Story, which was our holiday show two years ago.  This time it will be directed by the author, and will be held at the Thoroughbred Theatre in Midway, a new venue for us.  Detailed information on each show follows:

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for children 12 and under.  Tickets available at the door, online, or from a cast member.

A Christmas fantasy sure to please children of all ages.  Prunella Crookshanks, a grumpy old lady in the neighborhood doesn't believe in Christmas.  But when she is visited by Jingles the elf, he gives her Santa's Spectacles, and her view of the world becomes brighter.

Pictures with Santa available after the show for a small charge.

A modern day Scrooge, Eddie is too busy to bother with Christmas and personal relationships.  When he is asked to take care of his nephew Tim for a weekend, a strange series of events begins to alter his world view.
